Do Tangfolio's accept sights that fit CZ's? Are they interchangable?

The Elite Match has an adjustable rear sight. What sight do you want to use from CZ?

I'm not so sure. I mean if I did choose a Match it would obviouly be a range gun primarily as it should be. So that probably means I would really not have any need to change the rear sight but who knows.

In reality I'm really just trying to decide on what gun to get next. I'm looking at some 1911's as you know. I am looking at the STI Spartan, perhaps an RIA and some other "value" 1911's. The choices are abundant and I suspect there are still measuable differences in that "value" category that makes one or the other a standout.

The bottom line is I agonize when trying to decide

Questions to you - you're pretty versed on the STI models I believe. In your opinion, is there any disadvantage to that poly trigger on the Spartan? Do Spartan owners upgrade the trigger very often to your knowledge? And I believe that gun comes with an fiber optic front sight, right?

What is your opinion (personal) on the EAA and if you have experience, on the Elite Match in particular? I sure like the looks of that gun.

The poly trigger is their standard trigger, it is a good trigger, you'll find the same trigger on the high end 2011's. The front fiber optic needs replaced IMO on the Spartan as the stock one is rounded and a bit crude for my rear taste, the rear sight is fine.

I used the Tanfoglio Elite Match to win high over all at the Oregon IDPA State Championship, it is a nice little single action 9mm. They need some minor tuning, but other than that they are very nice.

Sorry to say, but they are BOTH great values for a .45 and 9mm, so you have pretty good taste

Any known issues with the .45 Match? That is the caliber I was looking to buy if I got one. I have a line on a supplier witha few in stock now.

The cz sights will not fit the eaa.I have an elite stock and a standard witness.Both are good pistols for the price.EGW still does some work on eaa's.George(the owner),said the slides are very hard on the eaa's and would have to figure the price of a carbide cutter when cutting the slide.
