Ok, I thumbnailed these photos because full size they'd be too big for the forum. I wanted to leave them somewhat big so someone can blow them up if they need to be able to read the text better. I believe they are about 600 kb in size, so they may not be that 56K friendly. They are ad's I got out of a book I have, original Colt ar15 ad's, the first is from 1964, the 2nd is from 1985. Don't let anyone tell you that these rifles have no sporting purpose. They have been sporting rifles from the beginning! (not that that matters, because the 2nd amendment is not about sporting purposes, but you catch my point).
