I'm either gonna have win the lottery or stop coming to this sight. I don't think a day goes by that I don't see something that one of you guys have posted and I think to myself "oh, now I want one of those!!"

I was looking at one tonight. The grip didn't agree with me when using two hands. I was a little disappointed.

I am never clicking on this thread again! Too tempting just to go out and buy another gun.

Aren't these guys such a bad influence? I can't tell you enough how I am turned into a mag and ammo whore ever since I started coming to this site!
I love my P239 SAS though. That is such a nice shooter and good carry gun. The DAK trigger gets sweeter the more I shoot.

I started my Sig collection with a P228. I used it as a trade toward an XD .45 ACP as soon as the first one hit the gun stores here in Jan '06. My Sig fever soon spread to a P220, then a P226, then another P220, then two more P228s followed me home......Lately, a threaded Mosquito keeps buzzing around my ear....... I think it might be carrying a fever.

Well, right now, I don't NEED any more guns. I'd like a Sig 229 in 9mm, a Beretta 92FS, and perhaps another XD. Oh yeah, a Glock 34, or perhaps a 17L. Am tempted, again by the Sig 220, thinking it MUST be me (will resist that one)
Ooops, almost forgot, a FN PS-90 with a few 50 rd mags.
I have to be very careful about that -- when they first came out, I bought a Kel-Tec PLR16, that "long range pistol" in 223. Loud (you won't quite believe how loud), brutish, didn't feed worth a damn, and really useless for anything but drive-bys. I think I was channeling a 17 year old boy when I bought it. Tricked it out, with foregrips, flash suppressor, case deflecting handle, etc -- then sold the sucker. To this day I really don't know what I was thinking -- except that I must be a gun-nut, and can have my head turned by the assumed "cool factor".
I'm so ashamed

Well, after reading this thread and studying the SIGs I pulled the trigger on a purchased today and picked up a P226 9mm. I would have got the .40cal but I purchased this for the wife to use at the range. You guys have a major influence on me sometimes. It makes me wish I never learned to read !
Thanks for the input on this as I was already looking and trying to decide what to get and I'm definitely happy with this one!
Here's a link into another thread in the photo section to which I already posted a photo of it.
Ah Heck P226 it is

Well when I was called a gun nut by a police officer his Lieutenant was quick quick to make the reference that I am a "Firearms Enthusiast".
And more pictures to make people want a Sig: new pics of My P220
And as if you didn't need any more reasons read this article on the P220 Torture Test: http://www.galleryofguns.com/Shootin...es.asp?ID=1230 thanks go to I_Route for this. It convinced me to pick mine up
