ok i am goona go and get the .223 from saiga
how what scope will i need it i wanna to be able to shoot accurately from 25 to 200 yd (or 100 if their is a huge price gap)
i know nothing about scope

Shoot the iron sights for a while while you do some research. You need those skills before you start shooting with a scope, anyways.
There are a lot of choices and a lot of variables.
What works for you may not be what works for someone else.
The only advice I CAN give is not to buy an el cheapo. A good scope is expensive, but worth it.

and also is this item a scope of good quality? i mean i never heard about those guys...

don't worry. IF you decide you like to shoot you won't have to worry about this stuff for long.
within 5 years you will have a shotgun, a rifle, a pistol, several scopes, several mounts, a few broken scopes, some coupla thousand rounds of ammo, etc.
I started shooting alot about 3 years ago. I could probably build two complete guns from spare parts I go laying around. I even have a receiver for my FAL spare.

Just remember, a rifle is only as accurate as the scope that you put on top of it.
