It looks like it has been in a holster more than it has been fired. Internals are clean, hardly any wear at all. It needs one grip screw, other than that I think for $450 its a sweet deal. I believe it was made in 2000, and if I understand correctly, slide, frame, internals and parts made in Germany, assembled in USA.

The rescue thing was for animals of foreclosed homes. All they had was little crappy ankle biters. We ended up adopting a 9mo old cat, who was found locked in a car two weeks ago. It almost died. He was the only cat there that was happy to see people. We may name him Sig, because I also adopted the pistol.

Congrats on the P220 & thanks for the animal rescue efforts. I'm glad someone else is watching out for the unfortunate, helpless creatures. Sig would be a great name.

Nice gun! Good choice on the cat! the ankle biters would only amount to some target practice!

Good choice on the P220! I do recommend having the Short Reset Trigger put in if you can. I have it in my 229R and, IMO, it is an upgrade worth the money.
