1 week with the P22

Only had my P22 1 week and I fire it every day. It is a awesome weapon for playing and shooting targets. Can not afford to shoot the larger calibers like this. Over 2000 rounds thru the weapon. Had some issues with the bulk walmart ammo but after doing to mods they seem to work fine. The spent brass is all over the place. May need a new extractor.

That's a lot of shootin'! What kind of mods did you do? I love my Buckmark, but been thinking a P22 would make a fun plinker.

I have not been pleased with my P22. I have put maybe 500 rounds through it, both bulk and quality rounds. The slide seems to jam at least once per magazine. I have 5 Walther mags, so it doesn't seems to be a particlar mag. I want to unload it(no pun intended) as soon as possible.

You will love it. I just got mine and was impressed when I first shot it. Then I shot it wet and it was ridiculous how quiet it was. Mine is the older model and doesn't always run to good with the cheap stuff. When the sparrow is on it it will run anything.

Holy **** boys. Just picked up another 550 round of Remington Gold today. Gonna fire until it misses tomorrow and see if the ammo change helps it out.
