Hmmmmm. Might be having second thoughts. The PPQ???
Well, It goes like this, I called a local dealer looking for the M&P Shield. They had two. When I got there, they were gone!! I'm getting used to this routine . So I shopped the glass counter as I always do, And saw the PPQ. Asked to handle it and........... Where did this come from????? This gun just melted into my hands and OMG the trigger!!!!! I think I found my new firearm. Just $600, OUCH. Going to sleep on it a few days and see.
Dunno dudes! Shield who? XDs what? Might have to be the PPQ .
It sure would good along side my P38

Don't pay $600. You can get them online in the lower $500 when they are in stock. The 40 cal seems to be less popular so they generally go for less. Check out Armslist and they will have them on there from time to time for $400-$500. If you need mags, PM me and I can give you the place I bought them from. I bought mine for $579 only because I am an impulsive buyer and didn't want to wait for shipping. I love my PPQ and I've shot plenty of guns.
The point of aim is so natural it almost makes it hard to miss.

Yeah the PPQ is incredible best trigger in the world for polys or almost any pistol , it's a great gun . You will not be upset you went with the PPQ I was in the market for either a glock PPQ or an M&P and I went PPQ and could not be happier, its the best choice I've made in a long while as far as guns go. The ergos are awesome as I am sure you felt, the reset is great basically nothin about the gun is bad, I would def get it in 9mm though as many people on my forum have been having some FTF issues with the 40 , eternity and I have been raving about this hand guns for quite some time, and if you buy it so will you, I have heard they are very hard to find..

Yeah. This was the 9mm. Dealer has had it about 2 weeks now. I fugured the time I pay online shipping and FFL fees, I'd be close to the $600 anyway? Plus this dealer usually throws some heavy ammo discounts in with the firearm purchase. Like I said, I need to sleep on it. Just something about buying a gun that's site unseen that bothers me a bit. My M&P and XD feel good in the hand. The PPQ felt freakin' awesome . That factory reset rivals any aftermarket I've ever felt....

Yup...I just ordered mine from buds for $545, and that with a $6 ship insurance, then I'll have to pay a $25 fee at my FFL. It prob wont ship until next week since the E-check payment is still taking forever

check out used deals before you plop down $600 for NIB. I picked my up off gunbroker for $499 used, 250 rounds through it but came with 3 factory mags. Took it to the range yesterday and put 150 rounds through it with zero issues. beauty. will post my range pics up here later along with my shield next to it for size comparison.

Don't know much about the PPQ but $600 compared to my Sheild I paid $399 for, I'd could buy alot of practice ammo fot the extra $200. I love my Sheild, awesome shooter & nice trigger out of the box IMO. Good luck w/your choice.
