Absolutely!

I do need to blot out that annoying No Mag Disconnect warning soon though.

One small shop had one when I headed offshore last week.... more than likely it will be gone by now, but, if he has it when I head back in, then I will try and fondle it again and if it feels as good as you guys report, pick it up for a late "Mothers Day gift" for my wife.

Really... that's what it will be for.... honest.

I got mine on Wednesday. Took it to the range that afternoon and put 200 flawless rounds through it. It sure is smooth. Great trigger out of the box. You'll love it. Need a holster though so I can start carrying it.

Yeah exactly right. I need a holster too. I have absolutely no idea.

I need something that I can wear outside sweating my ass off while landscaping/cutting grass.

Many holsters (leather anyways) listed for the G-26 will work for the Shield. One of the other shield threads shows a Crossbreed for it and Comp-Tac has a few options already, including the MTAC Minotaur (interchangeable 'bodies').

In Cargo Pants/Shorts, I'm using the Galco PRO286 pocket holster.
Here's a link to the Shield Accessories PDF, where there are a few Brands of holsters listed:
