Smith & Wesson M&P Compact, 9mm
Just picked it up today from my FFL, bought her off of a member here, thanks again TSA for selling me this awesome handgun!!
So far i love her, she feels a lot lighter then my XD(m), and the short mags are just too cute... i've never seen mags so short... lol... i got 1 10rd, and 3 12rd, i will be buying more pinky extensions... but i love the way it feels in my hands, i ended up using the medium backstrap... tomorrow i will move the mag release to the other side of her since i'm a lefty...
I plan on coloring in her engravings soon... will post those pics when i get it done...

I just bought my brother's. He wanted to move to another platform (PPQ) and I love this little piece. Mine has the DCAEK from Apex. I don't know if you're looking to upgrade the trigger, but this kit is amazing. The break is smooth and clean, the reset is short and distinct.

Where did you have that done and how much did it cost? My girl has been bugging me forever for a purple gun.

Had it done here:
thunderboltgunworks.com - Home
Phil is a great guy to work with. He gave me a deal because I was also working the gun show that he was at. He prices per gun and what you want done to it. He can durocoat it what ever color you want and laser etch it also. I see that he has my wife's gun in his gallery now.
My wife wanted the safety because that is what she is used to and more comfortable with since she carries with one in the chamber.

Congrats on the M&P!! Its a great gun. Don't forget the S&W Xgrip mag extension sleeves for the full size mags. They are available from S&W direct part# 42073. It's not on the website, but thats the number.
I love my M&P as equal to my XD.
Have fun with an outstanding gun. Very accurate
