Glad to hear other people had good customer experiences with Ruger. My experience has been terrible I sent my SR9c in for repair the trigger was not resetting the first time I took it to the range so I sent it back Feb. 13 and it is now Mar. 18 and the problem is still not resolved. There is always a long wait to get somebody on the phone, as for me I will NEVER buy a Ruger product again. When I get this pistol back I will be trading it for an XD .45acp.

Ruger DOES have great customer service. I have had two incidents with them and both times they really went above and beyond.

If you ask me, Ruger, Smith & Wesson and Springfield have the absolute best customer service that I know of.

On top of my great initial experience, Ruger followed it up with this in a package on my doorstep today:

Ruger is one of my favorite companies due to customer service. Never had issues with the three products I ever owned gp100 sp101 and the lc9. And knowing they are helping fellow Arizonians with a paycheck is nice too.

Just got my MK3 Hunter back from them after 5 weeks with the same pitting in the stainless finish, it was just sanded on a bit. Very upsetting !!!

I've only had to use their CS once for a problem that was my fault and they didn't bat an eye. Took care of the problem right away.
