I have a Glock 26 and a Ruger LC9. Love my Glock can empty a magazine within a 3" group at 10 yards. Ruger LC 9 I can also hit just as tight of a group however, the trigger pull is so long and shoots like a revolver. I thought that after shooting a 100 rounds it would loosen up. I found the trigger to be easy the first 3/4 pull then especially towards the end of the second fifty it was hard to pull and couldn't determine the release "spot"to fire. I'm taking the hit and getting me the Taurus PT 907 with the trigger that is more like the Glock and its thinner to conceal. If thickness isn't an issue for you then go with the Sig the trigger is better.

I had a P238 and liked it. Gorgeous little gun w/rosewood grips and night sights, but when I had the chance to trade it straight up for a PM9 I jumped! The PM9 carries easily via any method, even in the pocket and I'm only 5'8. Alas, the PM got traded for the MK which got traded for an MP9c. The 9c, believe it or not, is also pocket carry-able with the flush mag and some of my pants AND it totes a lot more rds than the PM/MK. If I had the jack, I'd have another PM, though.......or maybe another LCR .357....

Hey there,
I own an LC9, which I am selling soon. Felt recoil from standard-pressure 124gr and 147gr HP loads is more than my XD40 subcompact (since the LC9 is so light). It's too big for pocket carry; you can do it, but it's pretty obvious, even with a good pocket holster, that there's something very large in your pocket. Trigger is atrocious; it's a hard, DAO to begin with, and you have to pull it all the way to rear of the trigger guard to get it to break.
I'd personally stay away

I have the 238, love it for what it is. It's a pocket gun, .380 flavor. Recoil was nice, hardly noticeable. POA POI was right on at 15 yards. I didn't stretch the legs on it, maybe next range time I will.
