to make the frame od green, would you look to cerakote? or what other process?
I have a Glock 19 Gen 4, too. Runs like a champ. in 1000 rounds I had a single failure go into battery. I'm still using the 03 .40 cal glock springs that it originally came with. Though glock is now shipping the 02 weaker spring for those that want it.

Tula's Steel Cased, which I usually keep clear of. Interesting that the Gen4 did well with it. Congrats!!

Tula, Wold, And Brown Bear (Barnaul) are all lacquered steel case. I know alot of people who shoot this and have no problems. Its just really dirty

Couple of things:
Tula & Wolf are the same ammo, just different packaging...and neither has a laquer coating (anymore...they used to). The new coating is a clear polymer, and is supposed to work better than the laquer.
And while they are dirty...it's really no dirtier than any other cheap ammo (WWB, UMC, FedChamp...), particularly from a functioning standpoint.

I usually shoot UMC, and they are just a little bit dirtier and I have no problem shooting it, Its good cheap ammo perfect for training.
I didnt know that they were coated in polymer, you learn something new every day. Thanks!

I love my Gen 4 G19! I had one failure to feed using Sellier and Bellot ammo while my wife was shooting the pistol (04 spring).
