Sweet man, I just got my PF9 aswell. Put 70 rounds through it the first trip to the range, all my hand and 9mm 1911 would allow

The first 3 mags on the pf9 had the second to last shell FTE. Only that one round (with one round left in the mag) would do that, every other ejected fine. After those 3 mags, I believe the gun worked in more and I had zero problems from there on out.
Idk if you have seen how to field strip them, but using a round as a tool is an interesting new thing to me.
On a side note, you may want to consider getting a sleeve grip, I put one on mine and it didn't hurt your hands nearly as much.
Oh and when you do find that XDc .45 you will love it, they eat anything
