Sub Compact or 9mm Ammo Purchase
So I have a little money coming to me. Like $250, it's on a debit card and once it is gone it's gone.
I want to use it on some ammo or another handgun...
Would you buy ammo for your XDm9 or purchase a sub compact .40 or .45 used or a revolver of some kind used with this money?
I have yet to decide if I want to add more money into the pot to get something better if I go with a handgun purchase.
****Now considering a rifle purchase*** ****Must be semi auto, .223 (5.56) or 7.62****
And under $400 new or used

You need a rifle. How about a .223 bolt action?
Or this
Saiga .223 Rifle

Even though that Saiga is under $400. How much would it be to ship it to my FFL and everything? Will it be over $500 total to do the transaction?
I'd love a rifle. No bolt action though. I would want a Semi Auto. If I went with an AK style, I think I'd want it to look like an AK. Just personal preference. You know would stock and all.

Thusly why I placed this in the other gun forum. I don't want another Springfield Amrory handgun...
I want another brand. USED

Hmm...well since you left this open season (although you want it to be fairly cheap) are you interested in any .22 rifles or pistols? Those would be more in your price range as well. They are cheap to feed and fun to play with.
I personally recommend you get either a 10/22 or a ruger charger (10/22 pistol).
Or a Saiga, any Saiga. I love Saiga's.

.22 maybe... But I'd rather get something that fires a big round.
Are Saiga reliable? Reputable? Good customer service? ... Also would I have to convert the Saiga that was linked here to make it compliant?

Unless you really need another gun, I would get ammo. (Actually, I would get reloading components. )

Um...I think they did link an unconverted one. You don't HAVE to convert it right away...it will shoot decently with the 10 round magazine that comes with it. However, after you convert it--it will have a much better trigger, and will in pretty much all aspects be a normal Russian high quality AK. It will cost around $120+ to convert it. But as I said...you don't have to convert it right away.
