short barrel rifle list

This is a discussion on short barrel rifle list within the Non-XD Handguns forums, part of the Other Handgun Talk category; does anyone know if there is a simple list of states that allow short barrel rifles? thanks...

The laws on barrel length are Federal, not state.

Try this:

State Laws

It's not 100% accurate. States change laws and some of the updates haven't been made to this chart. [For example, Missouri DOES allow suppressors.]

Woot for Missouri SBRs.

Been running a Cenier kit in it a lot lately, makes a YHM mite that much more tempting. I hear NFA forms are running 5 months+ lately though...

Mine was not much over 3 mos, I sent in 4 form 4s (2 cans, one suppressed .22 pistol, and one FA), they cashed the check July 31st, I picked it all up last Fri.

I figured I had another month to wait, bout fell outta my chair when my class 3 guy called me.

Sorry for the thread jack, back to our regular programming....
