No serial?

So i go into this pawn shop they have an arsenal ak-47 for $550. I get home and decide i need the serial number to call arsenal and find out what exactly it is that i'd be buying. Pawn shop guy says he can't release that?! I'm like how the **** am i supposed to know what I'm buying!? Arsenal asked for it so what gives? He must not wanna sell that ak very bad. Any one have a similar exp?

Why don't you go back and look at the gun and get the serial number?

Check arsenals website and see what gun fits the description. most dealers won't just tell you the serial number...

it very well could be a home built AK on one of theire recievers, with the serial numbr they can tell ya if it was a complete gun when they shipped it or just the reciever, I've used ALOT of Arsenal now Global trades 1.6 mm recievers they are the best ya can get BUT if its a home build ya have noway of knowing how well it was put together ie riveting etc.. if it was built by Arsenal then its top notch
