The rear sight is very easy. Unscrew the hex that is holding it down, put it in a vice, then use your punch and hammer to drift it out. Be careful because the plunger/spring assembly is under the sight and will pop out if you are not careful (you NEED those parts

). The screw is pretty easy, but they did put some loctite on it.

Now the front sight is a different story, I had to cut the front sight off w/ a dremmel.
