Hello From Oregon
Hi, i bought a od green .40 service xd about 2 months ago and i love it! today i went and bought some truglo tfo sights at a local gun shop and had them put them on. Man springfield really makes the factory sights tight. well i just got home and took the pistol in a completely dark room but they dont glow. do you have to do anything special to get that way or am i taking my gun back to shop to get them replaced?

Welcome fellow Oregonian. You shouldn't have to do anything to make them glow. Tritium is a radioactive substance that's "always on." Are you sure they're TFO's and not just Fiber Optics? If they're TFO's they should just glow, if I'm not mistaken, and I'd take 'em back if they don't. Truglo's site. BTW, I have the Trijicon's in mine. Love 'em. No problems.
