Welcome from your home area, I live in Lynnwood. I just got the XDm this Saturday and went the range last night and I am going back tomorrow, I LOVE THIS GUN. You will enjoy it if you pick one up, it shoots very nicely, there are some minor problems with it for example its tough to press the mag release button with a full clip and they dont provide you with a punch tool to get the backstrap off to put the different ones on, but other than that its awsome.

Another Hello from a new XDm owner in North Seattle.

I haven't had the magazine release issue. I will say you won't regret the purchase. I'm glad I waited for the XDm, it's great example of the evolution of the XD.
