Woot! Ex-Wacoian here... Welcome! Job took me to Austin, TX. Do you have a range yet? I'd take a look at the Waco Rifle Pistol Club out past the airport. You have to be an NRA member and pay $10 a year to shoot all you want.

AdamBrock, I shoot at Centex Rifle & Pistol Club when in town. I work in Houston during the week and have land outside of Huntsville. I enjoy a service, a tactical and a compact - all in 45 ACP. What about you?
