The folks at GAT are friendly and informed. The toy selection is great.
Also good folks at MAXON in DesPlaines although the toy selection is small, the range is good. Nice guy (Ed) at Village Sports in Arlington Heights, (no range). Humongous toy store at Bass Pro in Gurnee...beautiful range, but not terribly shooter-friendly and way overpriced. Haven't made it out to the new Cabellas yet.
