Welcome to the forum from UT! The XD9 SC is a very nice firearm and I enjoyed the one I shot. I carry either a 1911 or a XD45 Service for concealed carry and enjoy both a lot. I also love my 30-06 savage. It shoots sub MOA. I inhereted it from my father so I have no idea how old it is but it is a shooter!

You might want to go check out G&G guns off of Colfax and a little west of Wadsworth. As of Friday he was selling off his stock of XD's at 15% below msrp. Had a few left and the prices are good.
