New from Arizon
Hello all,

I am from Arizona and I have been doing riffle shooting since I was 10 or so, I just recently go into pistol shooting and got a XD9 Service Model Bi-tone as a graduation gift (graduated from ASU with Computer Systems Engineering degree). Took it to the range on Saturday and fired 250 rounds through it, overall I have to work on my grouping, grip and stance but I was very pleased with the way the weapon handled, probably going to take it out again here pretty soon, maybe this week sometime.

Hope to hear some advice from everyone and engage in some good discussions!

If any experienced shooters in the phoenix area want to go out to the range sometime and give me some pointers it would be greatly appreciated! I have gone through multiple firearms safety courses and have had formal riffle traning but not handguns.

Welcome from Tempe! What range do you go to? I shoot at Caswell's, their prices aren't too bad, the range is nice, the people are friendly, and they offer a lot of shooting classes if you're interested in some formal training.
