Howdy,
I have been reading xdtalk for a while and finally got enuff nerve to join up.

I am not new to guns, but just bought my first XD.
I have been looking for an EDC for a while. My son-in-law and I attended a gun show this weekend where we each picked up our first XD's. He bought a XD40C and I picked up an XD9sc and a couple extra 10rd mags. We will test them out later this week.

I retired last year after 38 yrs and plan a little more travel now. Some on 4 wheels, some on 2. I have a
'96 HD DWG that my bride bought us back when. Good for just toolin' around. I see a new Ultra in our future.

Anywho, glad to be here and look forward to participating.
