Hello from NC.
Hello everyone. I just moved to NC from Ohio a few months ago.
I am looking for a nice shooting club to join in SE NC. I live in Jacksonville. The wife and I love our 3 XD's and they are the real workhorses in our gun safe. I have several long guns and load most of my own ammo for the 308 and 22-250. I've been in the performance automotive/race industry for nearly a decade, and shooting has always been my primary hobby. I do some of my own minor gunsmith work, but I leave the major modifications to the pro's. I am looking forward to spending long hours doing some research and BS'ing on the forums. Welcome to NC!
If your military there is probably a civilian shooting range on post you could shoot at. I would look at the bulletin boards there and I bet they have some posters up for shooting clubs. Pete

I used to live in Lancaster, just south of Columbus. I miss the family,and my shooting buddies, but not the weather. XDPete I'm prior Navy, but most of my friends/neighbors that are part of U.ncle S.am's M.issguided C.hildren. I was introduced to an public range that was pretty nice, and they have a 200 yard range. Lots of young Marines teaching their families to shoot on the day I went. It was very cool watching everyone interact at such a professional level. Last edited by PNYEXPS; 03-24-2008 at 06:50 AM. |
