Host it at Photobucket or similar site, grab picture URL from Photobucket and use the "Insert Image" button and paste the URL there when you are writing your post. It is the button with little mountain.

i use photobucket.com upload pics to 640x480 then copy the IMG code and paste it in the reply box and your done like so

There should be a FAQ or sticky about how to post pictures. Generally upload it to a site (i.e. photobucket.com or imageshack.us) and copy the code for the picture and click the picture icon and paste the code into the box.
