New XD Owner
I've been looking at the XDs for sometime now. I have been using a Browning Hi Power for my defense gun, but don't want to put too much wear on it. My father gave it to me about 20 years ago, and I want to keep it pristine. So, when I decided to start using a handgun for defense, I started looking at other options. I was leaning towards a Glock...until I spent some time with the XD.
I finally picked up a 5 inch compact model, and really like it so far. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to put many rounds through it yet. Anyway, I look forward to learning something from everyone. Take care, Brent, AKA FatboyStew |
