newb from ohio
just picked up my xd 40 od green tactical today.. i've been losing sleep the last week waiting for it to arrive!! haven't fired it yet but everything seems to be working correctly.. the slide lock is pretty hard to release though. glad to be a member!!

Welcome aboard, I have the exact same gun, same color and all... Well, until I refinished the slide.

Welcome to the forum from UT!
Are you referring to the slide lock being difficult to release when an empty magazine is inserted? This is caused by the stiffness of the magazine spring and the spring will loosen up with use. |
