XD Purchase
I have just bought a XD9611 .45 ACP
The guy at the store said the gun will shoot the .45auto also... i was wondering is the .45 Automatic the same as .45 auto?? Places around my area only carry the .45auto or the automatic and none what so ever of the acp. thanks i just want to know before shooting this pistol. |

ACP stands for Automatic Colt Pistol, so yes, ACP and auto are the same thing.

As was stated, you have the 45 acp which is commonly marked on ammo boxes as 45 auto. I conceal carry my XD45 Service all the time. |
