Anyone in JAX, FL?
I am looking to buy an XD of course, and I have tried and tried to get my hands on the new .45 but no one in the area rents them. So does anyone in the area have one and would be willing to let me run a few rounds through it? I already shot the .40 but I have been told the .45 isn't more recoil just different and I would like to experiance this because I have only shot 9 and .40.

well my cousin lives in Gainesville but I am in MN so no help here
Have you handled a XD-45? they are a bit bigger in every dimension and I doubt that Recoil will make that much of a difference over the 40 to me there is not much difference between the 40 and the 9. Hope you find one I got an idea... go buy one hell it is an XD you will love it

Gun Gallery has an indoor range and rents guns. I don't know what rentals they have in stock. The phone number is 641-1619. They are on Beach Blvd just a little east of Southside. Good luck.

Gun gallery is where I shot the .40 they didnt have a .45 out at that time but someone else might of rented it. I will have to check it out again. Thanks all.....

I don't have a .45 so I can't help you. I'm not sure where you go next. I didn't think they rented for "take out" -- just rented for use at their range. But, I don't work there so I might be wrong.
Maybe lots of phone calls??? I don't know who else has a range and also rents. |
