Looking for my first XD - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source!

Hi!

I am a newbie to this forum, but I recently decided that I would like to purchase an XD 45 Compact 4" to CCH in Kansas. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions or could tell me what to look for, any problems/issues?

I am trying to find a holster for IWB CCH, and I have a specific question...will any XD holster work? I have not seen the XD 45 Compact spefically called out, so will pretty much any "XD" holster fit any XD, with obvious accommodations for length? I currently carry a Kimber 1911 4" in a Galco j-hook. I really like its versatility/easy on/off, but I wish it was canted instead of straight drop.

Any thoughts/suggestion are appreciated!!!

I carry my .45 sometimes but the only thing is the gun prints a lil too much so need to watch out for that when you are doing CC but have fun and you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions let me know

Welcome to the forum from UT. Any holster listed for the XD45 Service will fit the XD 45 Compact. The slide is the same, just a chopped grip for easier concealment is the major difference.
