There's plenty of knowledge to soak up here thats for sure. But I know what you mean, going to the range with a fellow avid shooter is always a beneficial thing.

Welcome to the world of XD. I am originally from Lincoln. However, my parents moved to Santa Clara Valley when I was two so I don't really remember anything about Lincoln. I go through Grass Valley once a year on my way to Nevada City for the Civil War reneactment there. I have a XD9 Tactical and two Springfield Armory 45s.
