Not a great day to be a Husker fan, incidentally. We (Nebraska Cornhuskers) got creamed by USC yesterday. USC is definitely the team to beat for the past few seasons.

Grew up near Fremont area. Folks and siblings still live there, we go back every summer.
Also my wife and I are NU alumni. We attended back in the mid-80's "glory days" of Turner Gill, Irving Fryar, and Mike Rozier. I will never forget sitting in some of the home games that season (83-84) and watching those guys do things like the time they exploded for 4 touchdowns against Kansas (I think, or maybe it was Iowa State?) in just a minute or two of expired time off the clock! How about you? |

Grew up in Sutton. Not an alum, however. Live & work in the Lincoln area.
I can remember being at several games, as a kid, when the threesome were playing and thinking,.....wow! I can still see in my head, the time that Rozier got the ball and kept backing up and running from sideline to sideline 2 or 3 times and finally got into the endzone!!! He must have run like 150 yards just to get the 2 or 3 yards to the end zone. Anyway, welcome the XD family. I love my 45.
