I have been a lurker here for sometime and finally got my XD today.
I bought a XD40 4" (with the gear package) at cabelas, it came with an extra hardcase that has 3 more mag's and another mag holder. The guy said it is the anniversary model. Since Cabela's also has a special going on, I also received a card for $150.00 of in-store credit. Price paid: $499.00 I think I got a pretty good deal, especially since I am buying a new shotgun for pheasant hunting and that credit will help. Oh I also picked up 2 boxes of Winchester Ranger 155 gr for $11.99 a box. |

$499.00 is the standard price at my local Cabela's for the XD9 or XD40 (with gear package). I grabbed the last SA 75th Anniv. XD40 at my Cabela's but they may still be around at others. I know for sure that the in-store credit thing is still going on...spend $500 or more and get $150 of in-store credit and it goes down from there. Bottomline, I got... 1 x XD40 5 x mags 2 x mag holders 1 x holster 1 x mag loader ...for $499.00 and a card for $150.00 of in-store credit pretty sweet eh! Nick |
