New guy from VA and 1pic.
Greetins' from South East VA. Just 1 pic of some of the family members. I will post closeups in both the XD and AR in their respective pic threads later. Sorry about the Gamo air gun, but it's actually the most used "gun" of the gang as I have dispatched my share of swamp rats with this thing.
The AR is a DPMS rifle, zeroed in at 200yds with Sierra MatchKing 77's. (My old B.U.I.S. is being replaced by one from Troy Industries) The XD is a 40 Compact w/Tru Glo's. The Taurus 92 AF decocker is my knockaround gun. It gives me fits but i'm not gonna give up on this much maligned nameplate just yet. My 12G is currently in the shop, getting the Jurassic park treatment if you know what I mean . Narrowed my 1911 down to a SIG GSR REV, ParaOrdinance or Kimber Custom II. I dont see a lot of love for the SIG or Para here, any reasons? Thanks....see ya'll later.

Welcome & nice pic. Something to consider on your AR...rotate your lense covers so that they flip down & not up. If you need to look outside of the red dot sight envelope, the covers up will obstruct part of your view.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I promise I will use the search engine before I ask any questions which start with "which is better..........." or %%$#^% vs. $!@#*&.
Thanks again.
