Helloooo from Seattle WA.
Hey all, been enjoying the board the past few days and thought it was about time for me to join.
I currently live in South Seattle, and do most of my shooting at Champion Arms. Though when I shoot with a few of the guys at work, we tend to goto wades (They allow rifles, and it's closer for the North End crowd). I'm fairly new to shooting having gotten my first gun about two months ago (PF-9 from KelTec) and just a few days ago having picked up my first full size gun (XD-9). I fired about 500 rounds through the Keltec one night, then I just couldn't get the pin out to clean it the next morning. Still shot fine, just couldn't get the pin out. Finally took it into the store when I was picking out my next gun (XD9) and they had to drive the pin out as it was bent to heck. The XD-9 so far has had no problems. Only gone through about 350 rounds, but I'm liking it very much. I shoot it much better than Glocks, and everything feels a bit crisper and cleaner. But then the Glocks I had shot to compare it with were rentals. . . . . . I work 12 hour graves (7pm to 7am) as a NOC Monkey, so it's hard to get out shooting often, but I'm trying for at LEAST once a week. I'm digging the 9mm's since their big and loud enough to feel like a real gun, but cheap enough to shoot regularly. I'm also into PC gaming, but nothing really inovative has been out for a while. Kinda waiting for the next big thing to get excited over. Heres my brief system specs though if anyones interested 8800GTX, 2.4 Conroe, 1/2" and 3/8" water on everything but ram, Kandalf LCS with mix and match componants, 42" Westinghouse 1080p monitor, 4g of cheap ram, and Dual Booting XP Pro and Vista Ultimate 64.

Thanks, and yeah, I'm over in GlockTalk too in the Northwest section, XD, and Keltec. Waz, I would remember that Avatar anywhere.
And for NOC's I actually work for a E911 location provider. We're like Intrado, but we only do Wireless and VOIP 911. (and some minor location stuff) It's dry boring work, but it pays the bills.

Welcome to the forum, bro. Ever read any Max Brooks? Check out "The Zombie Survival Guide" and "World War Z" Read the first one, and heard lots of good things about the other one.

Max Brooks eh? Listining to the audio book of World War Z now. Couldn't find The Zombie Survival Guide. Sounds good so far, thanks for the tip off.
I forgot to mention that I'm also into Anime. And anything Japanese. Or at least the americanized perception of Japanese. Oh yeah, I'm also into 'Vintage' VW's. I have a 76 bus, and a 74 bug (standard).
