Noob from Tampa, FL
Hello all, I was lucky enough to get a $300 gift cert. to a local outdoor sports store so I'm picking up an XD45c tomorrow. Also with my purchase I get a free month at their range. I've been cruising this forum for the last few months and want to thank everyone for the advice and knowledge.

Welcome to the forum from UT and the XD Family. The XD45 compact is a nice firearm. I have a 45 service mode but had I waited two months, I would have gotten the compact when it came out.

Welcome to the group. I take it from your description that you are getting it from shoot straight. Nice place, I bought my Kimber from there.
