Hey all, I'm new to this forum and to XD ownership. I was in the market for a .45 for home defense only (I never enjoyed firing handguns) and liked the reviews I read about the XD45. I fired a rental at the range and was hooked. I ordered the one picutered below and got to take it to the range for the first time last weekend. I can't express how much I love this gun. As I mentioned I planned to keep it around the house and take my AR-15 when I went to the range to shoot for fun. Not anymore, this thing has completely changed my mind about handguns. I'll be buying a TRL-1 light for it this weekend. Did I mention I love this gun?

Get help NOW! It gets worse without treatment. I too bought an XD-45S last November. Liked it. Now I have FIVE XD's!!! And I think I owned about fifteen Glocks at that time. I now own five, four of which are NIB and the fifth sits in a lonely corner of the safe.
