Hello
Hey Everyone,
I'm new to your forum and I just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I bought my first XD (XD Service .40 SW) just yesterday. This is, in fact, my first pistol. I can't explain it, but I have always wanted a springfield and there I was at the gun show and the price was right...need I say more. My room mate actually has a collection of Sigs and, primarily thanks to his mercy, I have put in a good number of hours at the range. I have yet to shoot my XD (this unfortunate thing called work keeps getting in the way, but I need the money for ammo--conundrum, I know), but this coming weeked I should finally get a chance and I can't wait. Well, that's all from me for now, if anyone has any suggestions on accesories or just cool stuff, please drop me a line. Thanks.

Welcome from Utah. I feel your pain. I purchased my XD 45 Service in December and only have about 200 rnds down range
 . With the weather warming up in northern Utah, I will be out alot more.
