New Owner in Morristown, TN
Just thought I'd drop a note. I purchased a new XD this week and I will be roaming around looking for information. Interested in buying some extra's and figured this would be the place to get some honest opinions.

Ever fish at Cherokee or Norris? My Dad used to own a houseboat at Claiborne County boat dock for several years back in the middle 80's, and I have some fond memories of your general area.
Norris and Cherokee are still some of my favorite fishing holes, though I'll admit, in the last several years, out of state fishing license is getting on the steep side. As far as aftermarket accy's, I chose a Sprinco recoil rod (excellent service, but it's for a 5 inch tac model and I'm not sure which you're getting because it won't fit in the smaller slides), Williams firesight were also a nice addition to it also. And of course, lots of ammo. Welcome aboard
