Anyways, welcome to the forum. Sign up for some training, and learn some proper handling of that firearm. It is not a toy, but a serious tool.

When I brought it home, my wife rolled her eyes and politely asked if she could throw away all the magazines now. (No!) I aimed at all the bad guys on TV. I aimed at the cat. (I never aimed at the dogs!) (I don't like the cat much!) I kept it next to me everywhere in the house. I even kept it next to me in bed! And I hadn't even loaded it yet!
After 3 weeks of getting the feel for it, learning how to field strip it, finding a cleaning kit, and scrounging up enough ammo to make it worthwhile to go to the range, I got to shoot it! After the 2nd magazine I looked at my wife and said, "I am the MAN!"
Anyway, I found this forum (and damn glad of it!) and hope to learn as much as I can about the XDS and handguns in general.
Salute!

Congrats and leave the cats alone

Congrats on the XDs and welcome. Poor Cat send him this way if you don't like him LOL. I love cats because unlike dogs you have to work for their affection and they have personality. Better put my flame suit on
