New XD owner
Hey,
Thought I'd put out my first post. Just got my first XD (9mm subcompact). LOVE IT, shoots like a dream.
So far I've taken it out to the range maybe 5-6 times and shot around 1000 rounds through it. This is my second gun (first being a S&W Sigma 40, promptly sold it after taking it to the range a couple times) I'll be using this primarily as a CCW. I've got a don hume IWB and a N82 Tactical holster so far.
So far I've got a pearce grip extension and Pachmayr #5 slip on grip which makes the gun even more comfortable to hold. I picked up a lasermax laser for it, but I think I'm gonna try to sell/trade it in the near future for a crimson trace just because I think I'd rather deal with the extra bulk on the grip and have the grip activated laser.
Anyway, that's my intro. I live in Florida and I'm looking forward to participating in this forum
