I've heard that the fun shoots are enjoyable - a friend of mine went a short time ago and said it is a whole different ball game. I'll look into that.

Welcome from Provo! ill try to let you know about any events Im aware of. +1 on the fun shoots. I go occasionally. check out udpl.net for IDPA stuff and other shooting sports. They're a good group of guys and a blast to shoot with.

You should also check out Discount Guns and Ammo if you haven't. They sell center street brass ammo(new and reloads). The reloads are as cheap as I have seen, and I have never had an issue after more than 5K rounds in various calibers. They usually have subsonic 9mm and .40 on hand which is what I like to use at the fun shoots.
