Hello to everyone.
Hello everyone,
I would formally like to introduce myself. My name is Greg I just turned 21 a few weeks ago(may 27). Now i am finally able to do what i have been wanting to do for a while. Which is to own and take up the lifestyle that comes from owning it. Not only that but i am looking forward to getting a CCW class here in the next few months. My Father, who is also a member here, owns an XD-45 service model. I handle my fathers XD fairly regularly and have been since he got it. He and i have been learning about guns together and have shared it as a hobby between us both.
After someone attacked a friend of ours alittle under a year ago that is when me and dad have been interested in CCW and the advantages of it. I am looking to get a Bersa thunder 380 here soon seeing as it has some pretty good reviews and a great price tag. Its not actualy gun that i really want, which is a XD-9 service or Sub-compact, But right now i am taking what i can get and hoping that i will be able to get the XD-9 soon after.
My dad has been urging me to check out this website for the passed few months, But i kept forgetting. Now today i finally remembered to come here, I liked what i saw so i registered. I am happy to be here and I look forward to learning alot from you guys and looking forward to helping others when my knowledge allows.
Now i am off to go find some topics to get into on this forum.

Welcome from AZ, continue to read and learn as much as you want to regarding guns, safety and more importantly responsibility that goes along with owning, carrying a weapon. Consider taking a few classes on firearms and practice so you can see the return on good training. Be Safe!
