New XD owner in Nashville - XDTalk Forums

Hi just want to introduce myself, I'm a new hand-gun and XD owner. I found this forum after finding the XD owners group on FaceBook. I just purchased XD .45acp. I'm planing on taking a NRA training course and then moving onto my cc permit class.

From what I've read on here the stories and information has been great.

Welcome from up here in Vermont. This is a fantastic forum. Bought my first handgun, an XD-9 in 11/08. Just picked up an XD-40 today, to keep it company.

yeah, I'm in Donalson, over by the airport.

So I've noticed that a lot of guys get a XD then go back for another, an M or another cal. I become more and more confident in my choice with every read and I've not even got to shoot my gun yet.
