Sweet! It's turned into a "post your Jeep thread". lol. I don't even remember whose muffler is on mine... I think it's a Flowmaster that was on sale at Pep Boys. It sounds kinda like a UPS truck but it fit between the suspension arms and air tank so it's all good. IMHO all those high buck exhausts and fancy snorkel intakes are not worth it. Use your stock exhaust until it gets ripped off by a rock then replace it with something cheap 'cause it's just gonna' get ripped off again. Hacksaw off your stock airbox and stick on a reusable cone filter and you'll be able to ford water up to the top of the hood.

Installing a Chevy 4.3 is pretty common GOOD swap pretty much a bolt in with readily available aftermarket. You would not be unhappy and fairly cheap to do with salvage motor.

Had a 2006 Grand Cherokee Overland. LOVED that thing, but couldn't do the gas mileage any more so I had to trade it in
