My new Springfield Champion 1911

After much looking and searching and digging, I have finally purchased my first 1911, a Springfield Armory Champion 1977-A1. I was originally set on getting a Para LTC, but the mag catch broke. After one insertion of the mag. Really nice quality control there, Para-kids. Anyway, I looked at a few Kimbers and a few Dan Wesson's, but the fact that this 1911 had night sights and an ambidextrous safety won the day. And it shoots beautifully.

Now, I needs a holster. And grips. And more magazines. And more grips. Will this ever end???

thanks everyone I just wish I had money right now to buy more ammo. 125rds so far and no hiccups, but she definitely needs more play time before I trust her as a carry.

Now, if only I could have it play Ava Maria
