Outstanding service
A couple of days ago i ordered some punisher grips from Richard Hasty, he is a disabled American Veteran who makes some pretty cool 1911 grips and they are some what inexpensive! Well , they showed up yesterday , ihad them delivered to my work , as I took them out of the box they seemed long , I ordered them for a compact kimber ultra carry , i got them home and went to install them , and they were for a full sized frame , I e-mailed Richard about the problem , being he just sells them on ebay, and gun brokers I kind of expected a hastle. What he is doing kind of blew me away , Richard is making a new pair and is shipping them out by friday , he also told me to keep the fullsize pair for the inconvienence he put me through. His customer service is awesome. I would have sent them back to him (at his cost) , but now i can install them on my next purchace which is going to be a sa operator of some kind
Sorry for being long winded but I had to tell someone , thanks for reading this thread , and if you would like to look up "1911 punisher grips" on ebay , scroll down and look at his other grips he makes ,they are pretty cool. xracer

1911 Subdued Tactical STEALTH Punisher Skull Grips! - eBay (item 250246058623 end time May-15-08 09:53:44 PDT)
And others by the same guy. I like his backstory, but... the more my pistol screams "I'm into death and killing people" the more I'd be worried about using it for self defense. |

I agree Punisher grips on a CCW would be just another little thing for the DA to exploit, why give them the extra ammo against you. But they would look nice on a target pistol or something you don't carry at least.
