Got the Springfield back from Ford's
Was just checking out the tactical XD's again and thought I would share some pix of my wife's Springfield Mil-Spec that she got back from Ford's Custom Gun Refinishing last week. It's Ford's new bright polished black nickel finish with a set of Hogue Extreme aluminum glossy brushed black grips. It really looks incredible in person. Hopefully the weather will be warm enough to go shooting soon.

Thank you for all the kind replies. Finally went shooting yesterday and she went through 100 rounds of WWB and it functioned perfectly and she was dead on like usual and the finish is still perfect, had some powder around the front of the slide like always after shooting but just wiped it off. Clean the gun properly this weekend since it's supposed to be too cold out for shooting again.
