1911 holster

Looking to buy a quality holster for a S.A. 1911, Micro Compact. Presently checking out Tucker.
I had a VERY BAD experience with K & D holsters (details by private PM) so not them!
Any other recommendations?
Thanks

IWB? OWB? Leather? Kydex?

The MS VM2 is nice (Friend has one for his CZ) but be prepared for the wait. For an OWB, I use the Galco Side Snap Scabbard for my EMP which is similar in size to the micro compact. It's a great holster and not too expensive. The snaps make it easy to remove since you don't have to thread it off your belt.

Does your Micro Comp. have a rail ???? Mine does and it was not fun finding a holster I am currently waiting on one to be finished.

I can carry a full size 1911 all day long in my Tucker Cover Up...it is leather, tuckable, and very very comfortable.
